Driving across NC with wife, 2 grandkids and the dog 4/5 hours left to go. The tire alert came on, filled the tire. An hour later the alert was on. Wife found NTB on her phone nearby and we pulled in. Micheal took care of us right away. Said they weren’t busy and pulled the car right in, removed the wheel. Found a puncture mid-tread, said it could be patched and they got right to it. Wheel back on quickly and the family loaded up. Went to pay and Micheal said “no charge.” We were in and out and on our way with smiles all around in less than half an hour. Thanks Michael and MTB for wonder customer service. I’ll be looking for an MTB at home

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service When It Mattered Most Today, I experienced firsthand what it means when NTB says, “When your car stops, life doesn’t.” After spending an hour waiting at another service provider for a routine oil change on my vehicle, I was finally told they could not get the necessary approval and that I would need to wait at least another hour. Frustrated and pressed for time, I contacted the provider , and they directed me to NTB. The difference was immediate. When I arrived at NTB, Michael and JD listened to my situation, understood the inconvenience I had already experienced, and took ownership of the problem. Rather than treating me like just another customer in line, they treated me like someone whose time mattered. They assured me they would do everything possible to accelerate the service process, and they delivered. What impressed me most wasn’t simply the oil change, it was the level of professionalism, empathy, urgency, and genuine care they demonstrated. I needed a tire fixed before work after realizing it was losing air. The morning of I was able to schedule an appointment for 8, they were ready and attentive when I arrived. Michael and JD were fantastic, informative, and did not pressure me for extra services (even with their free service check recommendations). It actually felt like they just wanted me to know what was going on with the car. Extremely great experience. Will be back anytime something else goes wrong or when I need service!

Great experience here. Walked in on Saturday afternoon needing my tire plugged. Hopefully that was all. Jen and the crew got right to work on it and got me out in less than 15 minutes. Plugged and balanced. Took tire off my truck and put it back when finished. Talk about service! Can’t thank them enough. Price was less than I was expecting too. Thank you guys and girls.
